SIGNING UP     The first thing you need to do to get into a Fantasy Football Hawaii (FFH) league is sign up.  If you played last year, you are automatically reserved a spot in the same league, and unless something drastic happens, we expect you back.      If you are new to FFH, it is your responsibility to inform the Commish at least 1 week before a scheduled draft.  Some leagues are limited so the staff and I will work with you to find the best league for your interest and financial means.  Please see the LEAGUES link located on the FRONT PAGE for insight on our leagues. OUR WEBSITE     The backbone of FFH is our website.  Everything we do is found here, and all weekly and year long results are accessible solely through the site.  Obviously if you are reading this online, you know how to find us, but for our printed copy the address is:        www.fantasyfootballhawaii.com     If you are one of the 10 people left on the planet without a computer or internet access, you will have a hard time getting through the year.  It’s not impossible, but it won’t be easy. PAYMENT     Just like anything fun these days, it will cost you some scrips to play Fantasy Football with us.  Due to the high cost of living, we will not be increasing prices in 2008, but it is necessary to pay your entry fee at the beginning of the season.  Exceptions cannot be made.     The payment amount will differ from league to league, but no entry fee will exceed $200.  Your entry fee includes all costs and expenses, and there will be no further demands for money once you have paid.  All printed materials, website access and stat collections are incorporated in the fee.     The entry fee is considered a charge for services rendered by the Commish and his staff, and nothing else.  The entry fee also includes a charge for the Awards Ceremony at the end of the year, which is good for any owner and their significant other.     There are no refunds once the season starts. TEAM NAME     One of your pre-season requirements is to come up with a good team name.  The name you decide to go with is up to you, but the Commish does reserve the right to refuse any vulgar or utterly stupid name.  You will be given a custom made logo which will be visible on the website throughout the year, so give me something to work with! TOTAL POINTS LEAGUE     It’s vital for you to know that we play in a TOTAL POINTS LEAGUE, which means the top finishers are determined by the total amount of all points earned at the end of the season.  This includes all regular season points, playoff points, and bonus points.  This isn’t a traditional fantasy football format, so it is necessary to understand our style and adjust your draft and roster changes accordingly.
